These pretty stripe collars are done in grosgrain ribbon. Stripe ribbon is sewn on to nylon webbing so its not only pretty but sturdy too. And the good news is, they are super narrow, making them perfect for any Small to X Small sized dog. Collars come in two sizes: X Small (adjusts from 6" to 8") and Small (adjusts from 8" to 14").
